Bois de Balincourt is inspired by our family home, nestled deep within an ancient forest. Along a trail we fondly called Lover’s Lane, generations wandered under towering trees, surrounded by stillness and memory. This signature scent layers creamy sandalwood and cedar with warming cinnamon and nutmeg, anchored by earthy vetiver — a romantic, comforting fragrance with effortless depth.

"I really like the body oil concept in general because the scent lasts at least 24 hours. This is not my favorite scent ever as it's more floral than I usually wear. It's very strong at first, but subsides pretty rapidly. I did replace the cap with a bottle stopper that fits perfectly after having read other reviews. This does help me manage how much oil comes out."

Definitely not impressed, where is the scent?

"Not sure if it is me or the batch but I finally opened my bottle and I can't smell anything. Not a hint of sandalwood, nothing. . . so disappointed as I bought several items and the perfume is the only one that actually smells similar to my Le Labo. The lack of a dropper also is inconvenient as the oil is very thick."
